What areas do you serve?
We serve San Leandro and surrounding areas including Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Oakland, Dublin, Hayward, Union City, Fremont, Alameda, Piedmont, Berkeley, and more. The one city on the Peninsula that we serve right now is San Mateo. Want us to come to your city? Send us a note and let us know!
What is your rental period?
Our standard rental period is 24 hours. We can provide same-day drop-off and pick-up depending on the hours of your event. If you need this, make your request at reservation.
What is scheduled delivery?
This means we deliver and pick-up at exact agreed upon times. We don't use delivery windows or ask you to wait around for us because your time is precious!
Can I pick-up my equipment?
We operate by delivery only at this time.
Where do you deliver the equipment?
Delivery is made to your driveway or street-level entryway. This is the same spot equipment should be stacked and placed for pick-up. We'll text you 10 minutes before arrival.
Do you provide moving, set-up & break-down services?
These services are not provided with a standard rental. For hosts who are short on time or need a little extra help, up to one hour of these services may be purchased for an additional charge (subject to availability).
What if I Need to Change My Reservation?
We know how party planning goes - sometimes things change. We are glad to make modifications up to 24 hours prior to the start of your event.
I'm planning a unique experience. What if I need delivery to a special location?
If you're planning a unique experience in the redwoods, on the beach, or anywhere without a driveway, reach out to us and let us know. We'll do our best to work with you to create the gathering you've envisioned!
