How It Works

Our Specialty

We specialize in serving small, local (Bay Area) events of about 50 guests or fewer. This allows our team to keep costs low and give you exceptional service. We pride ourselves on our on-time delivery without using windows. Simple, convenient, and stress-free.

Make your reservation here on our website. Your reservation is not confirmed until you review and sign the rental agreement which we will email you. 

Rental Period

Our standard rental period is 24 hours. We can provide same-day drop-off and pick-up depending on the hours of your event.

Moving, Set-up & Break-down

These services are not included in your rental. For small events, we suggest enlisting friends or family members for help. 

Delivery

We operate by delivery only at this time. Delivery will be made to your driveway or street-level entryway. This is the same place we will pick-up equipment. Please clear these spaces to facilitate a safe and efficient delivery. We will text you 10 minutes prior to arrival.

Our story

We are a local San Leandro, California family that had our baby during COVID. Like so many others, we missed out on several special celebrations with our loved ones. The first time we finally got everyone together was for our son's second birthday in the backyard. We rented tables and chairs so our guests could have a comfortable experience, but it was hard to find a company that didn't require minimum orders and offered delivery without charging a lot of money. This experience inspired us to create Family Party Rentals to make gathering easier and more affordable for other families.

Our mission is to help people create memorable gatherings in homes and communities through simple, convenient, and affordable party rentals.

No matter if you're planning a birthday, baby shower, or just a backyard barbeque, we would be delighted to assist you!
